Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
- Authors have spot-checked their manuscript in a few places using an AI checker. Free options for this are ZeroGPT, Quillbot, and Scribbr; or you may prefer others. Manuscripts will also be checked by the reviewers and editors as part of the publishing process; but if issues are found at a later stage the manuscript may be rejected or referred for academic consideration. You may submit PDF or screenshot or text of the spot checks; or explain what spot checks were done in your cover letter.
- You should provide a brief cover letter. If your submission is a resubmission after being asked to revise your manuscript, include a point by point response to reviewers, to help the editors understand how you have revised your manuscript.
